For builders, trades and the professional firms around them.
We're specialists in the admin you hate, and we do it instead of you. Send a voice note off the job. Two hours of our time clears a full day of yours, handed back ready to approve before you're home for dinner.
/ Who we serve
You run the site, we run the office. Send a voice note and the quote, the stage valuation and the customer update come back ready to approve.
Electricians, plumbers, joiners, every other trade. One voice note off the job and the quote and the customer's update come back written, ready to send.
Surveyors, building control, consultants. A note covers communications, project management, tasks, scheduling and inbound email triage.
/ The maths
On the £149 Standard plan, eight hours of our time a month clears what would otherwise take you four full days. Those four days aren't four days of quicker paperwork. They're four days you spend on the tools instead, or not working at all. And even if the hours came out the same, they'd be the wrong hours. It gets done in the working day, off a voice note while you're still on site, instead of at the kitchen table after tea when you need a clear run at it. A general builder's day rate runs up to £440, so weigh the fee against what your own hours are worth: the time back is worth at least five times what you pay us.
/ What we do
We learn your business from the work you've already done, so everything comes back in your own style. You have the last word before any of it goes out.
Walk round, give us the prices room by room. We build the quote line by line, laid out the way you always lay yours out, and hand it back ready to approve. You get it as a PDF and as an online version the customer can sign on their phone, e-signature built in and legally sound.
On a bigger job the money comes in stages. Send a quick line, "first fix done, plasterboard up, kitchen units next week", and we work out where the job's got to and produce the valuation your accounts raise the invoice off. You set the prices. We do the rest.
Drafted by the time you're back in the van/ For professional firms
Building control approvers, surveyors, and the professional firms whose work runs to a lot of paper. Your admin is different to a trade's, and there's more of it.
We do it for you. Your communications handled, and your inbound email sorted and triaged. Your project management run. Your tasks kept moving, and your scheduling looked after.
/ Why we're different
Tradify, Powered Now, ServiceM8, Fergus, JobLogic: they give you a screen and you still do the admin yourself. We do the admin for you and hand it back to approve.
If you'd rather assemble it yourself, price the whole of it, because there are three costs and not one. First the job app: Tradify and Powered Now run about £28 to £34 a user a month, Fergus £35 to £45, JobLogic from £45 a user a month on annual billing. Then an AI subscription of your own on top, billed monthly by whoever you buy it from. We haven't put a figure on that one here because the price depends on which one you pick and what you use it for.
The third cost is the one that never shows on a card statement. Somebody has to choose the tools, wire them together, keep them working when one of them changes, and learn how to ask them for what you want. That somebody is you, and the cost is your own hours, which is the very thing you were trying to get back.
And the real alternative to SiteDesk is bigger than a job app and an AI subscription. It is a consulted transformation: somebody sits with you, takes your workflows apart, rebuilds them, and stays on a retainer while the work keeps changing. At a consultancy, that work costs thousands of pounds.
SiteDesk is that same thing out of the box, and the monthly fee includes the hosting it runs on and the AI itself. You buy neither of those separately.
/ Plans
Judge the price against what an hour of your own time is worth. Free is an audit of your back office: fifteen questions, your score on screen and a written report, at no cost and with nothing to commit to. The report says what we would actually do for you, and sometimes the honest answer is one part of this rather than all of it, or nothing at all. We are not going to sell you something you do not need. From Standard upwards the office work itself gets done for you, and you can take two weeks of the paid service free before you pay a penny.
Try the paid service, 2 weeks free

Above three named users it's Enterprise, which has no limit on named users and is priced after a scoping conversation. On the paid plans, the £25-an-hour overage means you never pay for time you don't use. The paid plans cost more than a job app because we do the office work for you instead of leaving it to you. All prices exc. VAT. We run it all for you on our shared platform, nothing for you to set up; what goes up with the price is the level of service. / From the firm trying it first
"I've been running our family building company for 30 years now. The paperwork has always been the hard part. I've only been using SiteDesk for a few weeks but my life has already changed for the better. I won't be going back to the old way."Dale Smith, G. L. Smith & Sons · family builders, Hertfordshire
/ Get in touch
Leave your details and a line about the work you do, and say which one you're after. For the audit we send you the fifteen questions, then your score and a written report naming where we'd start. It is not a sales pitch: if you only need part of this, the report says so. For the trial we set you up with two weeks of the paid service, free.
A real person reads every one of these.
If you asked for the audit, the fifteen questions are on their way, and your score and report follow. If you asked for the trial, we'll get you set up with your two weeks free. Nothing's committed and nothing's owed either way. If it's easier, you can always reach us on the same number you'd reach the office.
